The service

1800HomeUSA provides a free click-to-call connection between homeowners and independent, licensed local service providers. The connection service is free to homeowners. Payment, if any, is between you and the local provider for work performed.

No warranty on third-party work

1800HomeUSA does not perform, supervise, or warranty any work performed by the local providers we connect you with. All providers are independent contractors. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that the hired provider holds the necessary license and insurance for the work being performed in their state and locality.

No emergency services

1800HomeUSA is not a 911 or emergency-dispatch service. If you have a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.

Permitted use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate home-services requests and to provide accurate information when calling. Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1800HomeUSA's liability is limited to the cost of the connection service (which is $0 to the homeowner).
